Cold rain and the discovery of buried hazardous materials hampered rescue workers in their search for 10 men missing in the ruins of a collapsed apartment building in Bridgeport, Conn. Two more bodies were pulled from the rubble of the L’Ambiance Plaza project, raising the official death toll to 18.
