Police in Kingston, Jamaica, have charged two people with the April 17 shooting death of Carlton Barrett, a drummer for the late reggae star Bob Marley. One of the suspects was identified as Barrett’s 35-year-old widow, Albertine; the other as Glenroy Carter, 34, a local taxi cab owner.
