Costa Rican President on European Tour

LISBON —
Costa Rican President Oscar Arias Sanchez arrived Sunday in Portugal for a four-day visit, the first leg of a tour of seven European nations aimed at winning support for a Costa Rican peace plan for Central America.
Arias, who will also visit Spain, Britain, France, Belgium, West Germany and Italy on his four-week tour, is to meet Portuguese President Mario Soares today.
