Mexico to Protect Jaguars

MEXICO CITY —
Jaguar hunting will be banned in Mexico as of May 27 to protect the species, the government newspaper El Nacional said Sunday. Uncontrolled hunting and habitat destruction have combined to decrease the number of jaguars.
