Two federal prisons in California will get new wardens this summer in a routine rotation of positions, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Richard Rison, 44, warden at the Terminal Island facility, is moving to the prison at Lompoc to replace Robert J. Christensen, who is retiring. Roderick Brewer, 48, who is currently warden at the Federal Correctional Institute in Oxford, Wis., will take over at Terminal Island.
