Bixby Opens Office Park

Construction of the $40-million, 270,000-square-foot Bixby Office Park at Old Ranch in Seal Beach has been completed, and the project is now 20% leased.

Union Federal Savings, Merrill Lynch and ITT Real Estate Services are among tenants in the project at the San Diego (405) Freeway and Seal Beach Boulevard. The park’s developer, Bixby Ranch Co., plans to relocate its Long Beach headquarters to the park by the end of the year.

The project is composed of three four-story office buildings connected by greenhouse atriums. The park was designed by Irvine-based Albert C. Martin & Associates, and built by C. L. Peck Contractors of Los Angeles. Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services is exclusive marketing agent.
