His Homework File

I returned May 3 from a glorious week in Paris made more enjoyable by reading some selections from my file on Paris. What is my file? Jerry Hulse’s “Paris Is Still a Tryst Territory” of June 27, 1976. L’Auberge des Deux Signes is still there and the food and atmosphere superb. “Paris--A City on Sale to Americans,” Sept. 6, 1981. “Winter in Paris,” Jan. 25, 1981. “History Alive on Left Bank Street,” July 24, 1986. “All Aboard in Paris--Taking the Bus” (date misplaced). I did take the long rides to see the Paris that the Parisians see. Informative.

Thanks for making getting around easier and more enjoyable.
