MONROVIA : Office Complex to Be Built

A $7-million office complex will be built on East Huntington Drive between Ivy and California avenues as part of the Monrovia Redevelopment Agency plan to put new office buildings in the area.
Trammel Crow Co. will develop the 115,000-square-foot, two-story facility, which will be designed as a corporate headquarters for a research and development industry.
