Rancho California-based Rancon Corp., an organizer of real estate limited partnerships, named Ronald E. Douglas president and chief executive. Douglas also will continue as president and chief executive of Rancon Financial Corp., a subsidiary of Rancon. In addition, James N. Senechal was named executive vice president of Rancon and vice president of Rancon Financial.
