TriCentre, a $26-million, 10-story tower in the Anaheim Business Center, has been completed by the Birtcher Group.

The structure offers 206,000 square feet of office space on a 2.6-acre site in Orange, immediately adjacent to the confluence of Santa Ana (5), Orange (57) and Garden Grove (22) freeways.

Designed by McLarand Vasquez & Partners Inc. of Costa Mesa, TriCenter incorporates the latest standards of technology, including a reflective exterior of acoustic laminated glass. Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services is the exclusive leasing agent.
