City National Bank plans to sell Instant Teller.

Automatic Data Processing, Roseland, N.J., is the prospective buyer of the Beverly Hills-based bank’s division. Instant Teller, operated by City National, is the largest network of automated teller machines in the West. ADP, with well over $1 billion in revenue and more than 150,000 clients, is the largest independent computing services firm in the United States.
