The pretrial proceedings for a Marine embassy guard accused of espionage will extend into early July because the Marine’s defense attorneys are leaving next week on a fact-finding trip to the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. Lt. Col. Mike Powell, chief defense counsel for Cpl. Arnold Bracy, said he had won a recess of the Marine’s so-called Article 32 proceeding until June 30.
