A Japanese golf management company announced its purchase of Turnberry Golf Course in Scotland, one of eight courses used for the British Open.

Nitto Kogyo, a leading company in golf management, said it bought Turnberry Hotel and Golf Courses for $24 million. The facility, including a 36-hole golf course and 133-room hotel, are located on the western coast of Scotland.
