Second Figueroa Plaza Tower to Be Constructed

Construction on the second 16-story tower at Figueroa Plaza, $70-million office complex downtown at Fremont Avenue and Diamond Street, will commence this summer. Cushman Realty Corp. has been named leasing agent for the towers.
