President of Argentina Heads for California

BUENOS AIRES —
Argentine President Raul Alfonsin today begins a four-day visit to the United States, where he will receive two awards and a medal and participate in ceremonies marking the bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution.
He is scheduled to arrive in Philadelphia this morning and then fly tonight to California for visits to San Diego, Los Angeles, Palo Alto and San Francisco.
