Office Park in Torrance to Have July Completion

Construction on the $7.3-million Crenshaw 400 Office Park in Torrance, is expected to be completed in July.
Situated on the northeast corner of Crenshaw Boulevard and 208th Street, the project will consist of four 11,060-square-foot office buildings that will be for sale, in contrast with the abundance of space in the area that is for lease.
The office park is a project of Winger Development Co. and is being marketed by James M. Scofield and Matthew G. Homer of the Seeley Co.
