Fifteen people were injured when a bomb left behind by a customer exploded in a restaurant in the West Bank town of Qalqiliya, the Israeli military command said. Israel’s Itim news agency reported that all the wounded--nine Israelis and six Arabs--were released from hospitals after treatment. An army spokesman said a curfew was established in the town after the blast, and the Arab-owned Palestine Press Service said 50 Arabs were arrested.
