Sky diving accidents in Texas and Illinois killed three parachutists, including a man and a woman doing a double jump and a man videotaping another sky diver. Delores Dutryn, 31, of Chicago and Bud O’Connor, 43, of Gurnee, Ill., were killed when they plunged into a backyard in Somonauk, Ill., authorities said. A sky diver who jumped after them had struck their parachute, apparently collapsing it, officials said. In Seagoville, Tex., an unidentified parachutist who was videotaping the jump of a partner plunged to his death when his parachute failed to open.
