Four Department of Correction employees were suspended and two others were reprimanded today after the body of a prison suicide victim was found in his cell more than two days after he killed himself.

King Edward Bell, 38, lay dead in his cell at the Indiana State Prison at Michigan City with a plastic bag over his head for more than 48 hours before employees bringing his meal discovered he had committed suicide, the correction department said. Bell was serving 160 years for the 1981 murders of his four children, estranged wife, and mother-in-law.
