Thomas H. Sones, 38, was named president of GFC Securities Corp., Beverly Hills, a subsidiary of Gibraltar Financial Corp. He previously was senior vice president and sales manager. Gibraltar Savings named Gerald C. Collins, 40, as senior vice president and John X. Aguirre as corporate vice president. Both men are part of the real estate lending department.
