Ropak Corp. said it has named Steven(CQ) D. Thomson to the newly created position of vice president of product development.
Thomson was previously with the Capilano group of companies. The group, which includes companies in Washington and British Columbia, was acquired by Ropak in early 1985.
Ropak Corp. makes reusable plastic containers for industrial and agricultural uses.
