Pact Signed to Build 4 Home Communities

Sunland Housing Group Inc. and Radnor Corp. have signed joint-venture agreements to build four housing communities along the Interstate 15 Corridor in Southern California.
The partners will build a two-phased community to be known as Vista Mar in Rancho Penasquitos in San Diego, and two other communities--Green Meadow Estates and The Meadows--in Rancho California in Riverside. The four communities will have a total of 370 single-family homes valued at an aggregate $57 million.
