Disappointing Voyage

You have lost your credibility with us. We were passengers on the May 23 voyage of the Queen Elizabeth 2 and the July 12 article by Shirley Slater and Harry Basch was a commercial glossing over of a trip that was unsatisfactory and disappointing to everyone we came in contact with on the ship. The Queen needs to do much more than straighten her tiara. As a friend put it, no one takes the QE2 for transportation . . . you are paying for a feeling. That feeling is gone.
