Planetarium in N.H. to Honor McAuliffe

CONCORD, N.H. —
A planetarium topped by a pyramid will be built in honor of teacher Sharon Christa McAuliffe, who died in the shuttle Challenger explosion, a special legislative committee ruled Wednesday.
The planetarium and a teaching center, to be built at the New Hampshire Technical Institute, will become part of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s teacher resource laboratories. NASA plans to open one laboratory in each state.
