Pincay and Margaret Booth Win at Del Mar

DEL MAR —
Margaret Booth, ridden by Laffit Pincay, settled into stride early and took command near the head of the stretch to win by 1 3/4 lengths Thursday in the $28,000 feature race at Del Mar.
Cruella, with Fernando Toro aboard, finished second, two lengths in front of Annapurna, with Rafael Meza aboard.
Margaret Booth covered 1 1/16 miles in 1:43 2/5 and earned $15,400. Margaret Booth paid $5, $3.20, and $2.20.
