Larry R. Kandelman, 34, has been named senior vice president and general manager of Santa Fe Springs-based Logret of California, a marketing division of Logret Import and Export Co., which distributes wines, spirits, malt and seltzer products. He was formerly president of Americal Enterprises, a brokerage company for beer, wine and spirits.
