Hodel’s Plan for Hetch Hetchy

Hetch Hetchy has been synonymous with trickery since 1913. Could Hodel be trying to divert our attention from other issues the Reagan gang would like to get on with?

Doesn’t he realize that this is one of the best sweetheart deals going, where a private utility has been able to skim off the cream of a public investment with little concern?

Come off it--Pacific Gas & Electric will never let it happen!
