The Region : Officer Finds Razor in Restaurant Salad

A Pomona police officer eating in a Denny’s restaurant bit into a razor blade concealed in his dinner salad, but was not injured, police said. Investigators believe that the single-edge blade was intentionally placed in the salad to injure Officer Greg Guenther. Guenther was not cut because he bit into the blunt part of the blade and removed the blade from his mouth.
