From Reuters
RIO DE JANEIRO —
Thirty-eight bodies have been pulled from the rubble of a 13-story building under construction that collapsed last Thursday in the city of Belem, at the mouth of the Amazon, a Civil Defense spokesman said Monday.
“We believe that not many more bodies are still under the debris. Perhaps another three or four,” he said.
The spokesman said 17 people were rescued with injuries.
About 60 laborers were believed working on the building when it collapsed.
