CAIRO —
Security authorities over the weekend captured a Muslim extremist suspected of involvement in attacks on three prominent citizens.
Police sources said Monday that the arrest of Yossri Abdel-Moneim on Sunday led to information about an underground group that calls itself “Saved From Hellfire.”
Abdel-Moneim was the first member of the group taken alive. Another, Mohammed Kazem, was killed in a gun battle with police Friday in a Nile Delta village.
