University of Rochester faculty members are protesting the school’s refusal to admit an executive of the Japan-based Fuji Photo Film Co. to its business school because of complaints from Eastman Kodak Co. Thirty of the business school’s 40 faculty members agreed to sign a letter protesting the university’s refusal to admit Tsuneo Sakai, who is now enrolled at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.
