Campbell Soup’s income rose 10.7% to $247.3 million for the year ended Aug. 2. The Camden, N.J.-based company said income rose 46.9% to $70.1 million for the fourth quarter. The company credited strong contributions from its international division and its Pepperidge Farm and Mrs. Paul’s Kitchens brands. It added that sales for its soup and frozen foods business were sluggish.
