Michael Jackson and pet chimpanzee Bubbles dropped in on the mayor of the western Japanese city of Osaka last week as the singer moved into town for more sold-out concert appearances. Bubbles sipped Japanese green tea and sat quietly next to the Buckled One, who received the key to the city from Mayor Yasushi Oshima. City officials said it was the first time an animal had ever entered Osaka’s City Hall.
