Illinois Man Gets No.2 Job in U.S. Mine Safety Agency

WASHINGTON —
The Labor Department on Tuesday named former Illinois Lt. Gov. David C. O’Neal as the second highest official in the Mine Safety and Health Administration. He will have the title of deputy assistant secretary of labor.
