The Commodity Futures Trading Commission reported that it has filed an administrative complaint against John L. King of Lompoc, Calif., John R. King of Santa Barbara, and Economic Management Inc., also of Santa Barbara. The CFTC’s three-count complaint alleged various registration violations against the Kings and EMI from 1981 through 1984 and record-keeping violations against EMI during 1983-84. The commission accepted offers of settlement from the Kings.
