The president of a Rialto fireworks plant that was destroyed last week by an explosion, apparently set of by a distraught man while apparently committing suicide, said that the firm will rebuild and resume manufacturing fireworks. “We are all still in a state of shock,” said James Souza, president of Celebrity Fireworks Inc. “(But) we plan to rebuild and manufacture on a limited basis, but only for Pyro Spectaculars’ very special shows,” including a Chinese New Year Festival in Hong Kong next February. Police said Eric Garcia, 24, apparently died in the blast that was seen and heard as far as 20 miles from the San Bernardino County plant. His remains have not been found.
