15 Killed, 150,000 Flee in Mexico City Floods

MEXICO CITY — Two afternoons of heavy rain this week left at least 15 people dead, mostly by drowning, and floods forced up to 150,000 from their homes in greater Mexico City, Mayor Ramon Aguirre said in a report published Thursday.
