Morris will replace Robert J. St. Lawrence, who is retiring after more than 20 years as chief financial officer. St. Lawrence will remain a director of StanPac Corp., the managing general partner of the company, which recently converted to a limited partnership.

During the past three years, Morris has served as a financial consultant. Before that, she worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. for nine years.
