Torrance Park to Add 3 Buildings

Torrance Center’s second phase will add three buildings to the $25-million, 12-acre office park at Torrance Boulevard and Western Avenue.

The two-story structures, totaling 145,000 square feet, will house offices and light manufacturing. The developer is Gascon Mar Ltd., San Diego, the architect is Conwell-Marshall & Associates, San Diego, and the general contractor is Lusardi Construction Co., San Diego.
