James R. Bingham, 43, has joined the Geneva Cos. in the newly created position of vice president and controller.
Before joining the Costa Mesa-based international merger and acquisition firm, Bingham spent 12 years with Coldwell Banker Residential Group in Newport Beach, where he held several executive positions. Earlier, he was a senior auditor for Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in Los Angeles.
Bingham earned his BBA degree in accounting from Memphis State University in 1967. He is a member of the Financial Executives Institute and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
