Tunisia to Resume Some Ties With Libya

TUNIS, Tunisia — The Tunisian government said Wednesday it is reopening ties with Libya at the consular level after a two-year diplomatic break.
But the decision, announced by the official TAP news agency, stops short of full resumption of relations. Tunisia severed relations in September, 1985, over Libya’s mass expulsion of migrant workers.
