Kenneth L. Frutchey was named senior manager for Ernst & Whinney’s Orange County division, specializing in privately owned companies. Frutchey joined the accounting firm in 1979 in Century City, where he held various positions, from controller to director of operations, until 1981, when he left the firm. He rejoined Ernst & Whinney in Orange County in April, 1984.
