Sales and Marketing Council Gives Top Honors to Bridgeport
Bridgeport, a Carmel Mountain Ranch development by Presley of San Diego, and Home Capital Development Group, San Diego, have won the 1987 Sales and Marketing grand award sponsored by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Building Industry Assn. of San Diego.
Bridgeport was designed by Aram Bassenian & Associates, Newport Beach.
Thirteen judges spent two days reviewing the 350 entries. The awards recognize excellence in design and marketing of new homes.
Eve Hager of the McMillin Cos. was honored as industry professional of the year as well as sales manager of the year.
Richard Davidson, McMillin Realty, San Diego, received the marketing director of the year award.
