Gluttony
The latest Forbes report names 400 U.S. citizens who are worth an average of $550 million each; 49 are billionaires! Nearly twice the number as listed in a similar report one short year ago.
It wasn’t too long ago when billionaires were few and far between. Maybe a handful, no more. But over these past six or eight years the number has increased drastically. Anyone having any doubts about just where our present Administration has taken us must now realize the balance of wealth in our country is moving in a direction similar to what exists in many of the extremely depressed nations in this world today.
It is not a sin to be wealthy, but when it reaches a point of gluttony then it must be recognized for what it is.
