S-K-I Ltd. said it has agreed in principle to buy the assets of California’s Goldmine ski area from Goldmine Ski Associates for about $10 million. Goldmine is in the San Bernardino Mountains near Big Bear. S-K-I Ltd. said it plans to invest more than $10 million in capital improvements during the next few years.
