Stickell Memorial Service Thursday
A memorial service for Vance L. Stickell, The Times’ executive vice president for marketing who died Monday, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at All Saints Episcopal Church, 132 N. Euclid Ave., Pasadena.
Former Times Publisher Otis Chandler, Glen Peters, retired retail advertising manager of the paper, and Otto Kilian, a longtime personal friend, will deliver eulogies.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking contributions to the Vance L. Stickell Memorial Fund for Blood Services, American Red Cross, Los Angeles Chapter.
