Ford Motor Co. products, barred from Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries for more than 15 years because of an Arab trade boycott of Israel, are returning to the kingdom next month, the Saudi Gazette, an English-language newspaper, reported. The re-entry follows the lifting of a ban on Ford by the Arab Boycott Office last year. The office blacklists international companies which have significant economic dealings with Israel, such as assembly plants. Most Arab countries comply with the blacklist. Since the boycott was lifted, Ford dealers were selected in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Bahrain and sales resumed.
