1 Dead, 5 Injured in Blasts and Fire in Chemical Plant

TROY, Ohio —
Fire in a tank of molten plastic and two explosions at a chemical plant killed one person and injured five others, authorities said. The cause of the fire and explosions Wednesday is under investigation.
