Arco has announced the election of two executive vice presidents and a senior vice president and a realignment of reporting relationships of certain operating companies.

Ronald J. Arnault, currently senior vice president, will become executive vice president. Arnault will remain chief financial officer. James A. Middleton, currently senior vice president, will become executive vice president. Middleton will remain president of Arco Oil and Gas Co., with headquarters in Dallas. Arnault and Middleton also were elected to Arco’s board.

Camron Cooper, currently vice president, will become senior vice president. Cooper will remain Arco treasurer.

As part of the realignment, the presidents of Arco Alaska Inc., Arco Transportation Co. and West Coast petroleum refining and marketing (Arco Petroleum Products Co.) will now report to Executive Vice President James S. Morrison.

Morrison, Middleton and the presidents of Arco Coal Co., Arco International Oil and Gas Co. and Lyondell Petrochemical Co. will report to Robert E. Wycoff, Arco president and chief operating officer.

Paul Ravesies, president of Arco International Oil and Gas Co., will become assistant to Wycoff on Nov. 1. He will be succeeded as AIOGC president by Mike R. Bowlin.
