BankAmerica Corp. said it elected Kathleen Feldstein to its board, expanding the number of directors to 16. Feldstein was also elected to Bank of America’s board.

Feldstein, 46, is president of Economic Studies Inc., a private economic consulting firm in Belmont, Mass.
